He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Violante and Mildred Violante (Deluca); his sons, Kenneth Violante and Kent Violante; and his sisters, Rose Phillips (Violante) and Teresa Ateniese (Violante).
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Violante (Nakonechny); his sons, Brian Violante, Nicholas Violante III (Sherry) and Eric Violante (Carolyn); his siblings, James Violante (Patricia) and Mildred "Millie" Violante; his grandchildren, Nicholas IV, Kasie Lynn (Patrick), Eric Jr., Jessica Elise and Sean Michael; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas V., Leilani Lynn and Delaney May. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
