He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret M. Keiper (Charnak); his parents, Harvey E. Keiper and Maude M. Keiper (Keenhold); and his stepdaughter Kathryn Ann Knecht. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Denise Gray of Pocono Pines; and his sister Eudora Hilliard.
