He was predeceased by: his mother Delia Perez. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline (Auman); his children, Clint Perez, Jennifer Sookhoo and Delia Famoso; his father Rafael Perez Sr.; and his sister Beatriz Perez. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren.
