He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank and Helen; and his siblings, Kathleen Moore, Patrick Callan, Patricia Black and Joseph Callan.

He is survived by : his children, Joy Collins Bernard, Jacquelyn Collins (Greg McBride) and Mickey Collins (Christy); and his siblings, Eileen Strack (Harold), Jimmy Moore (Eileen), Peggy Murtha (Billy), Franny Callan (Barbara), Charlie Callan (Patty), Bridget, Daly and Colleen Moderski (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
