She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Jr. Kotula and Agnes Kotula (Burnett). She is survived by: her husband Eugene Yasenchock; her children, Michael Yasenchock of Pocono Lake and Patrice Yasenchock of Pocono Lake; and her siblings, Patrick Kotula (Judy) of Mary and Nelle Stremick (John) of Mary. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
