We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2019, at the age of 55, Thomas Butkiewicz Jr. (Plymouth, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. Butkiewicz Sr. and Genevieve McTavich Butkiewicz; his sister Christine Butkiewicz Kushinski; and his niece Shauna Butkiewicz Adamski. He is survived by: his daughter Brianna Butkiewicz (Christopher Coutts) of Luzerne; and his sisters, Diane Long (Jerry) of Nanticoke, Lynn Butkiewicz of Larksville and Karen Thompson (Rick) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and dear friends.
