She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Zellock and Bernadine Bednar Zellock; and her sister Elizabeth Pushshefski. She is survived by: her husband Thomas L. Tinner; her daughter Colleen Zupko (Jeff) of Plymouth; her grandson Jordan Bruno; her brothers, Benjamin Zellock (Alma) of Larksville and Edward Zellock of Wilkes Barre; and her niece Colette Duffy (Jim). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions, if desired, may be made in Sandra's memory to Wounded Warriors Project of Pennsylvania.
