He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Nero and Elizabeth Trudgen Nero (Betty); his wife Sandra; and his sister Elizabeth. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Nero of Plymouth, Edward Nero (Rebecca) of Bainbridge, Phillip Nero Jr. (Sandra) and Inkerman; and his sisters, Suzanne Favata, Eleanor Henry and Lillian Manganiello. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
