She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Kondrak; her daughter Carol Ann Timko; her grandson Joseph E. Pasternak Jr.; and her siblings, Edward T. Kondrak Jr. and Margaret Kearney.

She is survived by: her parent Mary Blanar Kondrak; her husband Walter Pasternak; her son Joseph E. Pasternak; her grandchildren, Nicole Paraschak (Randy), Scott Timko, Melissa Castner-Jeffrey and Wayne Castner; and also Plymouth.
