She is survived by: her children, Walter A. Piczak Jr. of Edgewater, MD, Michael W. Piczak (Shari) of Waynesboro, VA and Mary Louise Gierula (James) of Laytonsville, MD; and her grandchildren, Alexie Gierula, Emma Piczak Shifflett (Shane), Michael Piczak, Lauren Piczak and Christina Piczak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
