She was predeceased by: her daughter Donna Gilroy (Bill Lingle); her parents, Richard F. Purvis and Julia Rudeski Purvis; her brother Richard M. Purvis; and her close friend Bill Lingle.
She is survived by: her sons, George Ultsh (Jo-Ann) of Durea and Richard Ultsh (Kim) of Newport Twp; her grandchildren, Andy Ultsh, Heather Ultsh, Brian Ultsh (Rachel), Kyle Gilroy, Ricky Ultsh and Jeff Ultsh; her sister Donna Purvis Winsock (Donald) of Hanover Twp; her sister-in-law Kathy Purvis of Manchester, CT; her close friend George W. Ultsh; and her friend Joan Garnett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; husband.
