He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O. Lanteigne and Deneige Lanteigne (Morrisette); his wife Jean Lanteigne (Minuski); and his siblings, Gail Lanteigne and Michael A. Lanteigne.
He is survived by: his close friend Jan Godown of St. Petersburg, Florida; his children, Lisa Kornetka (Tony) of Dunmore, Pennsylvania and Paul Lanteigne (Nicole) of Plymouth, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Chad and Torrie Eckrote; his great grandchildren, Chad, Arabella, Joseph, Bentley and Chase; his siblings, Sharon Wark of Lufkin, Texas and Carlton Lanteigne (Barbara) of Bedford; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Lanteigne of Shirley, Louise Minuski of Kingston and Irene Minuski of Barnegat. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a veterans organization of the donor's choice in memory of Joseph.
