He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Chesney Manley of Plymouth Twp; his children, Joshua Manley (Stephanie) of Plymouth, Sarah Manley (Andrea Mannino) of West Pittston and Laura Bevan (Timothy) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Anthony, Jaxson, Sawyer, Scarlett and Isabella; his brothers, Mark Manley (Teresa) of Larksville and Paul Manley of Plymouth; and his pet Rain. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
