He is survived by: his wife Ruth Carpenter; his daughter Lisa Ellermets (Scott) of Bristow, VA; his grandchildren, Jeffery Zubia (Amanda) of Roundhill, VA, Jamie Ellermets (Sam Fleshman) of Bonney Lake, WA and Jillian Warfel (R. J. Warfel) of Cameron, NC; and his great grandchild Madison Zubia.
