She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rudnik and Mary Wojs Rudnik; her husband Joseph J. Kubik Sr.; and her son Richard Kubik. She is survived by: her children, Paul J. Kubik of Drums, PA, Joseph J. Kubik Jr. (Donna) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Judy Daniels (Joel) of Odenton, MD; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Kubik of Nazareth, PA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions, if desired, may be made to the American Heart Association in Irene's memory.
