He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernard Neely and Leona Neely (Young); his wife Cora Neely (Carey); his son Howard B. Neely Jr.; and his siblings, Donald Neely, Vernard Neely, Ruth Neely and Hazel Neely.
He is survived by: his children, David W. Neely, Matthew Neely, Brian K. Neely, Ronald Neely, William Neely, Albert Neeyl, Cora Merth (Michael) and Patricia Kintz; and his sister Janet Ravert. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
