He was predeceased by: his parent Alfred Ravert; his wife Margaret Kwitowski Ravert; his brothers, Alfred Ravert Jr, Kenneth Ravert and Harry Ravert; and his stepsiblings, George Cook, William Cook, Frank Cook and Betty Jane Cook.
He is survived by: his parent Mabel Hicks Ravert; his children, Debra of Hanover, George (Linda), David of Plymouth, Darrell (Jean), Hunlock Creek, Daron (Christina) and Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Jason, Candace, Jessica, Michael, Katie, Lily, George and Melanie; his great grandchildren, Jason, Maggie and Marissa; and his siblings, David Cook (Ann), Paul Cook (Nancy) and Grace Cook Gicker (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Luzerne County SPCA.
