He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kuscavage and Katherine Skollar Kuscavage; and his siblings, Aloysius, Carl, Benedict Kuscavage, Irene Nice, Patricia Martin and Charlotte Rakszawski.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Gruzdas; his sons, Fred Kuscavage (Andrea), Kingston and Michael Kuscavage (Sheila Zambetti); his grandsons, Nicholas Kuscavage (Brittany), Timothy Kuscavage (Sarah Deyo), Michael Kuscavage Jr. (Amy), Kevin Kuscavage (Katie) and Matthew Kuscavage (Ruriko); his great grandchildren, Penelope, Calliope, Emelia and Benjamin; and his sister Leonarda Hallman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions, if desired, may be made to the veterans charity of the donor's choice.
