He was predeceased by: his father Francis M. Frederick; his daughter Brinda; and his siblings, Patty Ann and Billy. He is survived by: his grandson Wade; his wife Josie; his children, Francis III (Tammy), Ricky, Michael (Missy), Eric (Wendy), David (Andrea) and Michaelene; and his siblings, Sharon, Alice, Grace, Bobby and Edward. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
