She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Terkoski and Dominica Lepkoski Terkoski; her husband Joseph Basta; her son Joseph Basta; her great grandchild Josie; her daughter-in-law Diane Basta; and her siblings, Verna Zona, Marie Heelan, Genevieve Gregus, Joseph Terkoski, Edmund Terkoski and Frank Terkoski.
She is survived by: her children, Reverend Thomas Basta (Carol) of Hanover Twp and Judy Lukatchik (Michael) of Larksville; her grandchildren, Michael Lukatchik (Jessica), Kevin Lukatchik, Joseph Basta (Marge), Holly Devenney (Michael), Jennifer Merrill (Rob) and Angela Giambra (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Emma Lukatchik, Christopher Giambra, Conor Giambra, Gwen Devenney, Michael Devenney and Tim Basta. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the S. J. Grontkowski Funeral Home (530 W Main St, Plymouth, PA 18651). A reception was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the All Saints Parish (66 Willow St, Plymouth, PA 18651).
In lieu of flowers, contributions, if desired, may be made to the Activities Department at the Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dallas.
