He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Witko and Celia Kuniega Witko; his brother Daniel; and his nephew Stephen Welles. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Welles (Gary) of Plymouth Twp, Gene Witko (Sandy) of Dallas and Norman Witko (Nancy) of Kingston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
