He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Sherrill (Gabe) and Alberta Gonseski Sherrill; his wife Antoinette Sherrill; his sons, John Sherrill and Thomas James Sherrill; and his granddaughters, Denise Sherrill and Amanda Stratford.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Sherrill (Denise), Anne Marie Reese (Paul), Elaine Smith (Terry), Christine Madden and Kathleen Sherrill; his grandchildren, Edward Sherrill, Daniel Sherrill, Melynda Reese-Konycki, Amie Hummer of Paul, S. L, Reese III, Master, Amber Hastings, Robert Frey, Sarah Smith, Jessica Madden, Bryon Krascavage, Dylan Sherrill and Vivian Sherrill; and his brothers, Theodore Sherrill (Helen) and Raymond Sherrill (Joan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
