It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Kozik of Plymouth, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 24, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kozik and Irene Antonik Kozik. He is survived by: his wife Diane Jones; his daughter Heather Jabyac (Bill); his grandson Mason of Larksville; his son Michael Kozik (Christine); his grandsons, Nathan, Levi and Cooper of Plymouth Twp; and his sister Barbara Slaski of Larksville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the S. J. Grontkowski Funeral Home (530 W Main St, Plymouth, PA 18651). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ignatius Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions, may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
