He is survived by: his wife Marlyn; his brother John of Plymouth; his children, Mary Dawn (Art) of Las Vegas, Marla (Tom) of Las Vegas, Matthew of Plymouth Twp, Marlane, Donald, Monique (Michael) of Dallas, Michael of Plymouth and Marc (Heather) of Laflin; his grandchildren, Daniel, Dawn, Justin (Brittney), Justina (Brian), Brandon, Luke, Lucy, Lily, Jake, Jack, Chase and Zoe; and his great grandchildren, Zander, Ricky, Lana and Kiara.
In lieu of flowers, contributions, if desired, may be made to the King's College Football Program, or L.C.C.C. Math Department in Professor Zlotek's memory.
