He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Dzugan and Dorothy Zavada Dzugan. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Dzugan; his son Garrett Dzugan; his sisters, Gayle Borrelli (Steve), NJ, Michelle Profusz (Steve) of Chagrin Falls, OH, Celeste Good (John) and Jill Dzugan; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Kristyn Borrelli, Marissa, Gabrielle Profusz, Alexis, Brett Good and Max Dzugan III. He is also survived by his family and friends.
