She was predeceased by: her grandson John; and her husband Andrew Patrylak. She is survived by: her grandchild Stasia Monczewski; her sons, Richard (Charlotte) and Andrew (Eileen); her granddaughters, Alexis and Emily; and her sister Eleanor Nowinski of Wilkes Barre, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
