He was predeceased by: his parent Albert Petcavage; his wife Ruth Petcavage; and his sister Mary Lou Gavrish. He is survived by: his parent Pauline Ungelski Petcavage; his daughter Barbara Petcavage Dellario; his grandsons, Joseph, Marc (Suzanne) and Matthew; his nephews, Frank Jr., Steve Gavrish and Gary Gavrish; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Gavrish and Bob Williams.
In lieu of flowers, contributions, if desired, may be made to All Saints Parish, Plymouth or St. Jude's Children Hospital in Al's memory.
