He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dragan and Bernadine Wierzbicki Dragan; and his sister Mary Dragan. He is survived by: his brother Joseph Dragan (Barbara) of Bloomsburg; his nieces, Danielle Ford (Brad), Christine Doby (Luke), Amanda Troy (Barry) and Samantha Porter (Ed); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madelyn Ford, Grant Ford, Willow Doby, Harlow Doby, Connor Troy, Warren Troy, Owen Troy and Dax Porter.
In lieu of flowers, contributions, if desired, may be made in Albert's memory to the Plymouth Historical Society or the Luzerne County SPCA.
