He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Brejcha); his children, Janeen Parsons (Anthoni), Orlando Rota (Genevieve) and Marianne Greaves (William); his grandchildren, Robbie, Roman, Travis, Lorenzo, Malani, Madison and Gavin; and his brothers, James Rota, John Rota (Renee) and Frank Curci (Cookie).

Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Epiphany of Our Lord Church (3050 Walton Rd, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462). A Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

From 1992 to 2017, he served as Captain of the Fire Police, earning several distinctions, including awards from the Harmonville Fire Company and the Montgomery County Fire Police Association for his contributions to his community and beyond.
