He is survived by: his parents, Samuel McPhail and Dolores McPhail; his children, Dawn Aulicino (Andrew), Steven McPhail Jr. (Sandra), Scott McPhail (Kimberly), Linda Visconto (Adam) and Jolene McPhail; his sibling James McPhail; and also, Linda Hirst and Nancy McPhail.
