He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret G. Antrim; his son Samuel D. Antrim Jr.; and his daughter-in-law Anita M. Antrim. He is survived by: his children, Karen Scheier (Stephen) and Michael Antrim; his grandchildren, Bob, Chris, Robin, Kelsey, Zachary, Marybeth and Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Jack, Conor, Jonathan and Luciana.
Since his wife Peg died in the middle of the pandemic, a combined memorial will be conducted.
