She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Campbell and Bridget Campbell; and her siblings, James Campbell and Inez Patricia S. S. J.. She is survived by: her brother Michael Campbell; and her nieces, Alice Campbell and Mary Ellen Piccari (Leonard).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kate's name can be made to St. Joseph Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave. Flourtown, Pa. 19031.
