She was predeceased by: her father Daniel G. Smith. She is survived by: her mother Jeannine Smith (Clementi); her boyfriend Brian Jensen; her sister-in-law Jaime; her children, Clodia and Brennalynn; her brother Daniel Smith, Jr.; her close friend Jaime Smith; her stepson Stephen; and her nieces and nephews, Daniel, Carmelena, Luke and Thomas. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, the Jensen's, and extended family.
