She was predeceased by: her parents, David Morton Atkinson Jr. and Helen Elizabeth Atkinson (Creitz); and her brother David Morton Atkinson III. She is survived by: her husband Richard H. Hamilton Sr.; her sister Dr. Susan Atkinson; her children, Nancy Lee Collins, Richard H. Hamilton Jr., Suzanne Kennedy and Kimberly Livezey; her grandchildren, Meredith (Nguyen), Megan (Collins), Tyler, Carley and Austin (Livezey); and her great grandchildren, NancyThuy, Zander and Collins (Nguyen). She is also survived by many loving family members and close friends.
Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made, in her name, to the Montgomery County SPCA at 19 E. Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA or montgomerycountyspca.org.
