She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary E. Moulder (Hastings) and Herbert J. Moulder; her daughter Marcia Hayer (Phillips); and her sisters, L. Dorothy McFarland and Mary Ann Koons (Pfanders).
She is survived by: her husband William C. "Bill" Phillips; her children, Cynthia Rheinheimer (David) of East Stroudsburg and William Bradford Phillips (Judy) of Lafayette Hill; her grandchildren, Joshua Hayer (Emily), Justin Hayer (Tori), Mallory Phillips, Jena Hayer and Emma Phillips; and her son-in-law Gregory Hayer of Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is also survived by seven nieces and three nephews.
