She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Farnese and Mary Farnese (Lomas); her husband James A. Bistok; her brother Anthony Farnese; her nephew Richard Brophy; and her goddaughter Nicole Sartorelli.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Laura Verdone (Greg) of Antioch, TN, Pamela Hannold (late Jerry) of Newtown Square, PA, Jennifer Reed of Mechanicsburg, PA and Amy Bistok of Cleveland, OH; her grandchildren, Harrison, Timothy, Justine, Noah, Tristan and Elizabeth; her sister-in-law Eleanor Farnese (family: Carol, Larry Welsh, Rebecca, Matt Devenney) of Haverford; and her sons, Matthew (Jennifer), Sam Parker, Bev, Tom Logan (Lisa), Mike Hennessey, Jon Logan and Kevin Logan.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Arthritis Foundation or American Heart Association.
