She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Ciccarelli and Rose Ciccarelli (Felore); and her husband John Picard. She is survived by: her daughter Roseann Fowler (Ken); her grandchildren, Kris Fowler, Titus Fowler and Alicia Gromicko; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Solomon, Natasha, Nickolas, Anna, Willow, Felix and Mydland; and her brother Carmen Ciccarelli.
