He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Kemp; his brothers, Carey Burns and Ronald Kelly (Artese); his uncle Harry Kelly (Bernice); his children, Tina Marie Harris Woodson (Lawrence), Lila Madeline Young (Ricky), Dr. Yvette Monique Harris, Corey Kemp (Lisa), Richard Yusef Kemp Sr. (Kimberly) and Albert Russell Harris II (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Michael, Andrea, Yusef, Tabitha, Brieyanna, Alexandra, Marquise, Chyanne, Richard Jr., Corey, Kyree and Ariana; and his great grandchild Maurice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
