He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward B. Hoffman and Anne Hoffman of Churchville, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne D. Hoffman; his children, Sean M and Kaitlyn A. Langan (Evan T. Langan); his grandson Jack T. Langan; and his siblings, Edward, Francis, James, Joseph, Kevin Hoffman, Grace Martin and Mary Hoffman.
