He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Anthony and Evelyn Anthony of Pleasantville; his father-in-law Donald; his niece Heather Owens; his brother-in-law John Bauer; and his granddaughters, Josie and Jodi Anthony.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Schneider Anthony; his children, Scott Anthony of Pleasantville, Carie Anthony (Pat Sampson) of Titusville and Holly Galmish (Todd) of Pleasantville; his grandchildren, Kali Hinkle (Nicole Heitzenrater), Brett Hinkle, Sara Albegiani (Macy Anthony) and Hudson Heitzenrater (Liliana Albegiani); and his sisters, Ruth Schneider (Robert) of Pleasantville, Kandy Bauer of Titusville, Vicki Owens (Keith) of Emlenton and Penny Covell (Randy) of Oil City. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
