He is survived by: his grandchildren, Devon McAlpine (Leann) of Florida and Katrina Stripling (Matthew) of Apollo, PA.; his great grandchildren, Aubree McAlpine, Ayden McAlpine and Kanan Stripling; his son-in-law Elmer Shearer of Apollo; and his children, Quinn E. Shreve and Krista S. Shearer.
