It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip H. Warner of Pleasantville, Pennsylvania, born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Warner and Thelma Kerr Warner. He is survived by: his wife Karen Tipton; his daughters, Betty Hutchison of Pleasantville and Barbara Duncan of Grand Valley; his grandsons, Joshua Hutchison of Carrollton, VA, Scott of Tryonville and Luke Hutchison of Tryonville; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Colton, Liam and Emma Hutchison. He is also survived by sister; and numerous nieces and nephews.
