He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank A. Snyder and Waive See Snyder; and his siblings, Shirley Kabasinski, Josephine Bedow, Margaret Foote, Helen Smith, Mary Hicks, Maryott, Edward, Merle, Stanley and Frank Snyder.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Harvey; his children, Sherry Brown (Tim) of Centerville, Pat Proper (Clair) of Centerville, Diana Sellen (Darel) of Titusville, Paul N. Snyder, Jr. (Sue) of Spartansburg, Pete Peterson (Kim) of Cherrytree and Cindy Peterson of Pleasantville; his grandchildren, Chad Snyder (Megan) of East Springfield, Ben Mallory (Jennifer) of Cherrytree, Nathan Mallory of Pittsburgh, Dustin Sellen (Stephanie) of Grand Valley, Devon Sellen (Stacy) of Titusville, Steve Peterson (Terri) of Tionesta, Tabitha Bean of Titusville, Tonya Peterson of Oil City, Stephanie Peterson and Scott Beck of Hydetown; and his brother Rulin "Jeff" Snyder. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
