He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Wagner and Ann Lukas Wagner; and his sisters, Martha Ann Germick, Dorothy Aven and Mary Jane Wagner.

He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Stinedurf of Pleasantville; his son Jason Wagner of Pleasantville; his grandsons, Conner and Colin Wagner; and his brother John Darrell Wagner of New Castle. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
