He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Weaver and Margaret Kelly Weaver; his brother James Weaver, Sr. (Mildred); and his sister-in-law Kathy Roggenkamp. He is survived by: his wife Jane F. Meagher; his siblings, Nancy Drusko (late Bob), Sue Enright (Ron), Shirley Snyder (late Sonny) and Tom Weaver (Carol); and his brothers-in-law, Randy Miller of Mercer, PA, Pat Meagher (late Kristy) of Pleasantville and James Meagher (Edna) of Circle City, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In place of flowers, donations can be made to the Pleasantville Volunteer Fire Department.
