He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John and Irene Stankowski Sr. (Popiolkowski); his wife Darlene Stankowski (Drake) of Pleasantville; his siblings, Richard Stankowski (Billie Jo) of McDonald and Jeni Weaverling (Tom) of Joffre; his grandchildren, Thomas Stankowski of Canonsburg, William Stankowski of Flordia, Victoria Smith of Washington and Irene Gilpin of Washington, PA; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Cowden, Shaw and Nick Russell of Ryan Stankowski, C. J; his former life partner Janet Stankowski (Chiff); his daughter Laura Shaw; and his sister Patricia Gilbert.
