He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey C. Toy and Ann E. Fabian Toy; and his brother Harvey C. Toy, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Karen S. Warner of Pleasantville; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Warner (Brenda) of Titusville, Jerry Warner (Denise) of Titusville, Joy Snyder (Eddie) of Titusville and Sheila Reed (Bob) of Titusville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
