He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Owens and Ida Caldwell Owens; his daughter Sheryl A. Owens; and his granddaughter Heather Owens. He is survived by: his spouse Nordeen Ricke; his children, Gary L. Owens (Nancy Burlingame) of Pleasantville, Keith A. Owens (Vicki) of Emlenton, Donald D. Owens (Joni) of Pittsfield and Laurie A. Kramer (Robert) of Mullica Hill, NJ; and his brother Dale Owens of Pleasantville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
