He is survived by: his spouse Audeene Lore; and his children, Dennis Atkins (Colleen) of Prattville, AL, David Atkins (Beverly) of Smithfield, VA, Kathryn Morris (Steven) of Fayetteville, NC, Krista Mowrey (Douglas) of Titusville, Kelly Atkins (Karen) of Pleasantville, Jason Atkins of Baltimore, MD and Joel Atkins of Titusville. He is also survived by grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
