Smith); his grandchildren, Amanda Dawn Smith (Bobby Dunmeyer), Jessica L. Layton (Tyler Bartholow), Alissa L. Smith, Levi G. Claar, Dusti (Thomas VanMeter), Shanda (Josh Semsick) and Kirstie Smith-Morris (Dwaine D. Morris); his stepgrandsons, Christopher Svencer, Matt, Tyler DeBone, Christian and Logan Krug; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Nevanaeh, Nelyze, Joddan, Jaxxan, Ronan, Jaymazan, Neyhlani, Jhettzan Dunmeyer, Brayden Bartholow, Whiautt, Waylon VanMeter, Koen Swartz, Kash Taylor and Lyrik Smith; his stepgreat-granddaughter Ciara Morris; his siblings, Jean Ann George, Betsy (Robert "Gitch" Lamison Sr), Bernard Smith Sr. (Lilli), Linda (John Roy) and Janet (Mark Fleegle); his aunts, Shirley (Russell Oldham) and Joann (Kenneth Claycomb); his wife Charlotte; his son William Glenn Smith; his brother-in-law Edward George Jr.; his nephews, Bernard "Bernie" Smith Jr., Kevin George and Brenton Smith; his niece Melinda Smith; his aunt Dorothy Rowzer (Wolfe); his uncle Harry Wolfe (Marcia); and his close friends, Simba and Hash. He was also cherished by son and two daughters from a previous marriage.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made in Memory of Glenn E. Smith to the Stone Church Cemetery Association for maintenance of the Old Stone Church and Cemetery.
